Vittorio Skin bug? Not Loading Properly

The tattoos on his Arcane Skin aren't loaded properly resulting in a very pixelated quality. Is this an actual bug? is anyone else experiencing this? Platform is PC/Steam

What platform are you on, etc… it helps them with bugs.
I am on PS5, and his shirtless shins were fine for me tonight (both versions).
