Cursor Ingame preventing me to move anything.

I play on playstation 5, and two times in a row now I had an ingame cursor, like the ones in the menu's, that kept me from doing anything. Could not move my character or my camera. I have not tried it as killer yet, but as a survivour.
I have two videos of it, if you need proof.
