I would imagine it doesn’t because the way it was described sounds like it’s the same as overwatch where the stars just mean your level but don’t affect anything

Doubt it. I don't think anyone can confirm tho, since devs didn't give info.

Yeah I'd love to know about how much time and effort it takes to grind. I'm willing to grind and mix that in with real money cell spending, but have no idea about the shards.

Obviously it should get harder to level up as you go higher and higher.

Also, the amount of shards should either be the same, or increase slightly.

Once you get Level 1 Devotion (level 100) then you should either get a nice surplus of like 1,000 shards for example, OR 10-15 more shards per level in the New Devotion.

I assume each level of Devotion would be the same consistent shard rewards per level.

    EX

Level 1 to Level 2 Devotion is lets say 140 shards?

Then Devotion Level 1 to Level 2 (level 101 to 102) is maybe 150 shards this time?

Like I said somewhere else. I'd love for them to incorporate RANKED Rewards with SHards... and also Prestiging Characters this way too. That would be great.

Shards was a very minimal and underused currency. Now it has a much greater meaning.

They can lock away super cool stuff behind a pay wall. I'm down with that, just let the hardcore/loyal players be able to get other things by playing and being "Devoted" to the game.

It looks like this system is on track for that. Thanks BE
