PC - Disconnecting from Host when changing loadouts in lobby

Steps to replicate
Step 1 : Queue up for a match and wait to be put into a timed lobby as either killer or survivor.
Step 2 : While in lobby, switch between loadouts (e.g. switch from 1 to 2 to 3)
Step 3 : Usually on the first switch, but definitely by the third, get disconnected from the host and sent back to the character select lobby. If you're with a party, you'll be dc'd from them, too.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: This happened to me as both Dwight and Nancy on survivor, and Ghostface as killer.
- Perks played: Various
- Frequency of the issue: Reliably. It's happened to me multiple times over the course of a couple days, and the log below (if I've done it right) will show multiple disconnects when switching as a killer in a lobby.
