CoH would be a more balanced perk if it wasn't a self-healing perk at all but offered the same effect as we'll make it without a cooldown and over a larger area. Speedy heals off other survivors, but no self healing.
They should also revert the nerf to self care. Poor claudette needs her heals back.

It's still completely busted. Makes every other healing perk look like trash in comparison.

Instead of being Boon: Self-Care, Circle of Healing should have been Boon: We'll Make It. Still very strong, but not quite as strong as infinite self heals.

Cooldown
You can't set up another boon for x (maybe 60) seconds after it got snuffed by the killer. This could be applied to all boon perks, without punishing the other, much weaker boons to much, to make it consistent.

On that last point, what do you expect survivors to do? Bless it right in between a 3-gen?
I get some locations are obnoxious, but lighten up on the expectations a little.

Yeah, but it's still only 50%, if you want 100% like we'll make it, you gotta use up 2 perk slots, simple math
