I know that without a shadow of a doubt I have done exactly as the trophy states and that is to hit all 4 survivors in a match after teleporting from your trap because it'll say "Phantasm Hit", I have seen where others are saying that this is bugged I was wondering if it is bugged or exactly what I'm doing wrong because something is without a doubt wrong with this trophy and it is the last trophy I need to get the platinum.

I even just tried to farm the trophy with survivors getting 4 "Phantasm Attacks" and it didn't pop. It has to be bugged.
