Let's make a pact
Hello my dear fellow killer mains.
Since the snowman plague is coming back this your how about we make a pact.
Let's all play to get whatever cosmetics we can earn by playing and the second you got all of these you stop playing till the end of the event.
The snowmans are just a extremely bad idea that favor survivor massively and bring nothing for us but a bad experience. So we stop letting them use us as entertainment and just enjoy the show in the forums wheen they sit in q for eternity.
The more of you that enter the pact the worse it gets and that's the only way of showing that we don't like to be disrespected and that we don't play for other people's entertainment

I believe killers can enter snowmen this time around. Me personally, I'm definitely going to have fun this month with that.

In worst case, I will just not play the Killers that are negatively effected by Snowmans (Ghostface, Twins, etc.).
I am sure Survivors will love the same killers over and over again who bypass snowman protections.

No. It won't matter.
The only thing they care about is your wallet, so vote with it.
I haven't spent a dime on DbD since June 2021. If we all did that then maybe they'd try harder.

Assuming both survivors and killers will have event challenges to enter snowmen, it definitely brings an opportunity to jumpscare and get hits.

What's so troublesome about the snowman that everyone is freaking out on forum? I did not play last year's christmas event

As if it isn't already the same killers over and over again with the exact same builds who tunnel and slug - won't be much of a difference.

The problem is if they don't change anything a survivor is able to enter a snowman and when a killer hits them they don't get damage and can just run away while the killer is in the weapon wipe animation. Some killers like Ghostface even get robbed of there ability

Last year as survivor you had to jump in a snowman and get hit by the killer to get your sparkles to earn a cosmetic (or more difficult you needed to escape in a snowman that moved slow but you got 25k bonus BP for it), as killer you needed to hit a snowman that had a survivor in it to earn your sparkle. Survivors found out that if they were injured they could hop in a snowman and if killer hit the snowman it didn't hurt them, just popped the snowman. There were 6 or 8 snowmen total, once a killer popped a snowman with a survivor inside it didn't return.
So first survivor in a chase made killer pop all the snowmen while using them as protection and annoyed killer by not going down. Other survivors were annoyed because they're denied cosmetic pieces because no snowmen for them to jump into and get hit for sparkles.

After the last winter event where they just allowed it to go instead of ending it early and giving everyone the cosmetics for logging in I have no hopes

Survivors can enter snowmen and move around albeit at extremely slow pace and they cant do anything but to get them out of them you have to M1 them essentially giving an extra health state.
On paper they are not such a big problem because someone using them is useless but on practice Survivors can enter them during chases so you are left with 2 options, hit it and incur a M1 CD penalty or leave the chase and the Survivor will exit the snowman and go do gens.
