Do you think The Clown should be rewarded beyond Bloodpoints for hitting a Survivor with the bottle?

If not, why is that?

In my opinion, The Clown is on the verge of being a great Killer amongst the ranks of Huntress and Hillbilly. The change Clown needs to get him there is rewarding the Killer with hitting a survivor with his bottle. This change would not only give him a higher skill ceiling, but make him more rewarding for the player. The hitbox for the bottle is incredibly small, so it doesn’t seem outrageous to give him something for actually landing the hit.

I propose that once The Clown hits a survivor with his bottle, while and only while the survivor is intoxicated from said bottle, they are not given a burst of speed after being struck. Once they recover from the intoxication, this affect does not apply. The Clown still has his hit cooldown, so the survivor has ample time to find a pallet loop or a window to vault. This buff would make him not only fun to play, but give survivors a reason to try and dodge the bottle itself when being thrown, which is not hard with how slow the bottle itself is launched.
