Killers can get permanently stuck in a pallet (kill shack pallet on crows)

Not sure if this is all maps or just crows, but I got stuck inside a pallet because I was stunned the same second I attacked. The only way I got out was because someone triggered one of my traps. I wasn't completely frozen, could still rotate, M1 and M2, just couldn't move forward or back. Since I can't upload videos I attached some screenshots of the clip. Notice the M1 is bouncing off an invisible wall, aka the pallet beneath me.
