Just give her move speed when she appear like the wraith and add to her a invisibility when manifested i mean when she chase some survivor she keep flickering but with more time so surv will don't know what side she'll come from to get him , 1s or 2s invi

You can still teleport around the map. Saying she has 0 power is just wrong.

Sadako is 2nd best killer according to all-kill chart. Do you think they will buff the 2nd best killer in the game? /sarcasm
In this chart, she is among top 9 killers in the game. Remember, the dev balance off kill-rate. Its why most of balance is weird in dbd. ~shrug~

You can but the tvs take so long to turn back on if you're not running iri tape (which is practically mandatory tbh)
Basekit sadako could use some buffs however iri tape and ring drawing sadako is really strong
