Endgame reporting for consoles

Is it possible to add a textbox, like PC has, in endgame reporting for consoles? I think it's somewhat asinine that you can't write an explanation on why you are reporting a player in this time and age, where you can get keyboards for consoles also. I don't have one, but I'd still like to give the explanation why I am reporting a player (mostly for hackers and griefers).

And give us some feedback when our reports have lead to some kind of action against the reported player. Like in Overwatch

For now, it feels like our reports do nothing at best.
