Not enough Survivors?
I've noticed a lot of streamers are still playing waiting music or minigames while in a killer lobby but survivors enter a lobby almost instantly. This has been going on for a couple of months, so it seems it isn't a bug because surely that would have been corrected by now. So, is there a lack of survivors playing the game?

I have written this for another thread but I think it is still relevant.
When I play as a killer, I almost always get a pip.
When I play as a survivor, it depends.
Killer camps and tunnels one guy and I gen rush and survive --> Black pip
I get camped and tunneled --> Depip (Most often, at best black pip)
Killer is not really good, can't catch anybody --> Most probably black pip
etc.I am not claiming that playing survivor is the most difficult thing in the world. It is just sometimes it is not in your hands how the game will go.
So pipping as a survivor is more difficult than pipping as a killer, generally speaking. Killers reach high ranks easily while survivors struggle, and it creates long lobby queues for the killers at high ranks.
Also, the fact that more and more people want to play the killer side makes lobbies really bad as well. Pre exhaustion nerf lobbies for killers were great for example. Many people didn't want to put up with that bullshit but recent changes attracted people who originally wanted to play killers but found it too difficult and frustrating like me.
There is not enough survivors for killer at high ranks. Ratio is not 1 to 4

So, is there a lack of survivors playing the game?Thats because most streamers play the game for a living and reach rank 1 after a few days.
For the killer game I played yesterday I didnt even have to wait 10 seconds0 -

A crappy killer gets you black pip, or depip if they manage to clean up with noed.
Its amazing how little you have to do as killer to get a black pip. I got one with a no blink nurse before.0
