exposed effect happening with no known cause
both examples show one hit down ability when I am playing killer. no add-ons or perks to create such. not broken status with either player. neither player wounded prior.

There is a glyph challenge that makes survivor expose if they don't take it in time.

Ive never gotten exposed by that Glyph so far, im starting to believe people downright forget they even choose this challenge lol.

It depends on the map and spawn. Sometimes you simply don't have the ability to get to the glyph before it exposes you and you don't have any easy way to break LoS

Yep just had it happen in a match against a Slinger. He knocked someone down at end game and it popped up. Thought it was Noed but he never had it. We were very confused.

I got exposed with the pink glyph today at the start of the match, when the camera is spinning around the survivor, without a chance of avoiding it, maybe that was the case
