PC - Prestige perks are not proper level
I got back into the game, I played before the new prestige system.
Every prestige 3 or higher survivor/killer has one perk that is not properly leveled. It seems this perk is randomly selected because I can't find a pattern. For example my cannibal's BBQ is lv2 despite him being prestige 9. In the overview it shows the lock saying I need prestige 3 to get lv3. On a fresh survivor or killer it shows the perks are not leveled properly. This means that I can still manually level them up and its not automatically the proper level. So I can fix this manually but thats a lot of time. My level 2 character's perks work and I do not have any lv1 to try it on. I can't attach pictures due to permissions. Thank you. Verifying and restarting the game had no effect and I could not find anything online.
