Que times taking up to 10 minutes and coming with new players?
I have 600 hours on dbd and my matches were pretty good in terms of player skill from all players, but today I started randomly to get 5 minutes que all the way up to 10 minutes and getting with new players almost every single game or players that ?didn't understand the game that well? Hiding 90% of the match and not doing gens, insta runs when there is a heartbeat etc. But the killers I go against always have 1000 hours or more.
Is there something I'm missing?
Just wondering since I don't know alot about how mmr works in this game =)

It's really hit or miss. Depends a lot on what time of day you play and what region. Sometimes I can go a couple weeks and everything's good. Then I'll get absolute garbage matchmaking for a week. There's a big gap during events too. You'll get a lot of people coming back that haven't played in awhile or new players jumpin in just for the event. It'll balance out after a bit.

For starters they kill switched the matchmaking incentives so that's going to affect who plays what role quite substantially. Second, queue times will sadly always take priority over MMR.

Without incentives, players will go with their preferred role, which will lengthen queue times.

I've seen this where que times is more important, thats why I got confused when I had/have up to 10 minutes and always more than 4 minutes for my last 15 games. I've never experienced that much que time before

Yeah they want to get you into a match as quickly as possible which is why SBMM doesn't really do much.
