Buckle Up Change Suggestion

What if when you down someone with buckleup, a player within 8 meters can pick themselves up off the ground when fully recovered. Would display a status icon showing Buckle up affecting them.
Or, When someone is running Buckle Up, Survivors on the ground within 16 meters recover 30% faster.
