Onryo/Sadako can Teleport to a TV while a Survivor is Taking a Tape, and they can still take Tape

Description: As a survivor is taking a tape out of the TV, if The Onryo teleports to the television THE MOMENT the Retrieve Tape interaction is finishing, she can still teleport AND the survivor will receive a Tape, thus gaining 2 stacks of condemned in an instant.
Steps to reproduce: Not sure if this is relevant, but was on Midwich. Onryo was running Iri Videotape and Bloody Fingernail.
1) Survivor starts retrieving a tape.
2) Wait for the interaction to be finishing, then Onryo teleports to that same TV that the Survivor is using THE SAME MOMENT the Retrieve Tape interaction is being completed
Frequency of Issue: I've only been able to recreate it once.
