We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
No survivor/killer bonuses today?

I've played about 4 or 7 games through out the day today and have not seen any survior bonuses for either survivor or killer

They were bugged and didn’t work anymore so they disabled them to not mislead players:
