Access Lobby via Code

It would be cool to allow players to access someone else's party lobby via a one-time code. This would allow streamers to play with their community without having to befriend every person that wants to play. Currently the most control a person has over their lobby is via friend status but they may not want to befriend every person that they want to invite to their lobby and they certainly don't want to make their lobbies just open to the public.
