Daily login rewards option not showing up

For the past two months, the daily login rewards option is not showing up at all.
Only the store option is there.
Daily login rewards button shows up for one second at the time of login, then disappears.
Steps to reproduce:
Login - Home page loads - and voila - no daily login rewards option
