Can't heal survivor in the dying state

Was playing on PC - Myers with both iridescent add-ons on Grim Pantry. One person got downed (a Feng Min) and none of the other survivors could heal her.

She could just be holding shift (run button on pc) which prevents other survivors from healing you.
