Unlocking Rift question..
It states "Your current progress will be applied to the next Tier" Does that mean If I'm level 30, premium will start at 31, or will I get all prem. rewards from the beginning to my current. That little sentence is misleading, if it means it will start at my next level and up and locks out everything below my level i'll pass for sure. I'll probably pass anyways as its mostly francis and ace sigh, and the ones for meg and reid are not so good. I wish they had some cutie outfits. Anyways thanks.

It means that if you were halfway through from 30 to 31, gaining an immediate rift level will leave you halfway through 32.
However that message is not related to unlocking premium rift. It's related to immediately gaining rift tier level.
Unlocking premium at any point during the rift will indeed award all rewards from tiers you already completed
