Victor Pounce Failing to hit survivors.

When Victor pounces there is a moment where the survivor screams but does not get hit. This happens to both Injured and Healthy survivors. Victor acts as if he missed the survivor otherwise.
As seen in the video below it seems that if a survivor transitions from movement to an action like Healing or Jumping in a Locker the bug can happen. I am not the person in this Clip but was watching the stream live as it happened. This Also happened earlier in the Same stream against a Nea who ran through the pounce as it glanced off of her with this bug.
As for frequency it seems to be exploitable as Bill does it twice in a short span of time

no. I haven't played Twins enough to experience this kind of thing. The Streamer doesn't have a forum account and I did so I came here.
