Possibility of bringing Left 4 Dead characters

I'm not entirely sure on how the license for Left 4 Dead is doing seeing as its such an old game and Back 4 Blood has branched off from it. But I always felt a bit disappointed that only Bill managed to make it into DBD, with the exception of some characters wearing old cosplay outfits. Now that its possible to bring in new characters within the same character, even from licenses that have been in DBD for a while, could it be possible to bring in characters like Coach, Rochelle, Ellis, Nick, Louis, Francis, and Zoey for as extra skins for Bill? I would certainly buy all of them in a heartbeat. But i'd imagine any further content for the license might be tough to aquire.
