How to know someoneos ID if they're playing from console?

Met a cheater in the game, recorded a video, but he plays on the console, and I on the PC and he has the most banal name. How to send a report, if it requires an id?

    It doesn’t require an id at all.

    they recently changed the input slightly, and the id field is optional.


    reporting in-game works as before, click in end screen right of the player on the thumbs I think. There choose the right category for report.

    then -if it’s not chat harassment- you need to file an additional player report ticket to support, you have to give your cloud id and they can find the match/report this way
