Add Disabled Heal Prompt for Broken Survivors

Broken Survivors lack clarity on if they can be healed or not for new survivors. The only indicator that they cannot be healed is a symbol on the Character Portrait.
Please add a Heal Prompt that cannot be performed that simply has the text "Survivor is Broken and cannot be Healed" for Survivors near a Broken Survivor.
Maybe have this as a toggleable "Help Text" option.
