Dbd Update Chapter: A Boy’s Revenge
Hiya buckos.... okay I'll stop now. this is an idea that came to me while just thinking one day about Billy Vs Bubba regarding how their powers differ. And the biggest difference is control of their mobility. so I have devised a way for Billy to gain the ability an increase in mobility but not completely break the Systems already in his kit.

Power Rework:
Chainsaw
Press and hold the Power button to break into a Chainsaw Sprint, accelerating heavily eventually moving at twice your regular Movement speed.
Survivors hit during a Chainsaw Sprint are put into the Dying State.
While Charging press and hold the Active Ability button to plant your feet and turn sharply in 1 second. Doing this resets your speed. You cannot Sharply Turn if you are overheated.
Each Chainsaw action (starting, revving, and sprinting, and sharp turning) will cause the Overheat meter to fill.
When the Overheat meter is filled, the Chainsaw cannot be used until it is fully cooled down.
Reaching the Overheat limit will not interrupt an ongoing Chainsaw Sprint.
The Overheat meter decreases when the Chainsaw is not in use.

Main Article
Walking: 4.6 m/s
Charging: 3.8 m/s
Initial Sprinting: 8.6 m/s (Increases by .6 m/s 1 second for top speed)
Eventual Sprinting: 9.2 m/s
Charging:
Charge time: 2 seconds
Turn rate:
Initial Turn rate: 415°/s for 0.75 seconds
Eventual Turn rate: 35°/s
Sharp Turn: 155°/s
Cool-downs:
The Chainsaw applies the following Attack cool-downs:
3 seconds for a successful Chainsaw hit
3 seconds for a missed Chainsaw hit
4 seconds for bumping into objects
Noise:
Noise range: 60 meters
Score Events:
Sprinting for at least 2 seconds triggers the Long Dash Score Event.
Hitting a survivor within 1 second of performing a Sharp Turn triggers the Quick Turn Score Event.
Overheating:
Heat limit: 100 charges
Starting adds 5 charges
Revving adds 8 c/s
Sprinting adds 2 c/s
Turning adds 5 charges
Heat Dissipation rate: -3.5 c/s
after hitting the Limit: -7 c/s
Heat only accumulates whenever the Power button is pressed.
Addon Rework:
Steel Toe Boots
Increases the Sharp Turn Window by .5 second.
Junkyard Air Filter
Increases the Overheat limit of the Chainsaw by +20 Charges.
Heavy Clutch.
Reduces the Collision Zone width of the Chainsaw by -30 %.
Speed Limiter
Grants 100 % Bonus Bloodpoints for Chainsaw Hit Score Events in the Deviousness
Hits with the Chainsaw do not automatically trigger the Dying State.
Dad's Boots
Increases the Turn speed during the Chainsaw Sprint by +30 %.
Punctured Muffler
Increases the Cooling speed of the Chainsaw by +50 %.
Off-Brand Motor Oil
Reduces the range within which Chainsaw noises can be heard by -30 %.
Death Engravings
Increases the Movement speed during a Chainsaw Sprint by +15 %.
Reduces the Heat gained from charging the Chainsaw by -14 %.
Increases the Charge time of the Chainsaw by +12 %.
Big Buckle
Reduces the Terror Radius by -8 metres while overheated.
Mother's Helpers
Reduces the Charge time of the Chainsaw by -20 % for 30 seconds after being stunned by a Pallet
Low Kickback Chains
Reduces the Cool-down time after hitting an obstacle during a Chainsaw Sprint by -28 % .
Leafy Mash
Gain the Undetectable Status Effect for 15 seconds after hitting a Survivor with the Chainsaw.
Doom Engravings
Increases the Movement speed during a Chainsaw Sprint by +20 %.
Reduces the Heat gained from charging the Chainsaw by -14 %.
Increases the Charge time of the Chainsaw by +15 %.
Black Grease
Increases the Charge speed of the Chainsaw by +18 % for 30 seconds after being blinded.
Tuned Carburettor
Reduces the Charge time of the Chainsaw by -40 %.
Reduces the base Movement speed of The Hillbilly to 4.4 m/s.
Spiked Boots
Increases the Sharp Turn Window by 2 seconds.
Increases the Cool-down time after hitting an obstacle during a Chainsaw Sprint by +28 %.
Pighouse Gloves
Increases your Action speed when damaging Generators and breaking Pallets or Breakable Walls by +20 % while overheated.
Reduces the Pallet Stun duration by -50 %.
LoPro Chains
Allows you to continue the Chainsaw Sprint after breaking a Pallet or Breakable Wall with the Chainsaw.
Survivors hit with the Chainsaw within 7 seconds of breaking a Pallet or a Breakable Wall are only damaged for a single Health State.
Apex Muffler
Silences the Chainsaw for all Survivors outside of the Terror Radius.
Iridescent Brick
Gain the Undetectable Status Effect until you stop sprinting after maintaining a Chainsaw Sprint for 1.5 seconds.
