Went through an entire 0-50+ Bloodweb without getting BPS

It might be corny, but I wanted to play Santa Clown with only Hoarder and Bloody Party Streamers as a load out. I would let Survivors open chests, get an item, and escape. I can't do this because Bloody Party Streamers doesn't appear in the Bloodweb. I'm now prestige 5 Clown, started on prestige 3. I still do not have BPS in my inventory.

The playerbase likes Bloody Party Streamers. Please let it appear in the Bloodweb more often. I don't need anymore Blueprints from Vigo or Shrouds of Separation.
