(Switch) I was charged full price for Ugly Sweaters after the sale started.

I bought a few killer and survivor skins on sale for 720 Auric Cells when the sale started. I also bought a few ugly sweaters for different survivors, only noticing after the fact that the sale hadn't applied to them yet. Is there any way I can be reimbursed? I purchased skins that were on sale at the same time, so how come the sweaters weren't on sale at the same time as well? Really hope someone can help with this.

If you contact our customer support they can assist you, as they can see the times of purchases and see if the sale should have applied at that time.
