To get all these status effects i just wanna know what is being ran here to get all these status effects at once like how on earth is this possible what builds are at play to get this

If I had to take a guess:
Survivor has No Mither, an exhaustion perk, MoM (this screenshot was taken before they changed MoM to not improperly show Endurance in the hud), and a boon perk.
Killer has Plaything, a perk that inflicts Exposed for a set duration, Eruption, and Sloppy.
The killer is also Clown who is running the Kerosene Can addon that inflicts Blindness (and the Hindered comes from his power as well).
There might be another possible answer but this is what I thought of that covers all those status effects.
