Getting Errors 110 and 411

HELP I literally haven't been able to actually play the game for like a month, always stuck on the tutorial for survivor (error 411) (makes me exit the game), tried to equip their skills then got (error 110)(takes me to the title screen)Getting Errors 110 and 411

    From stuff I googled I guess both error codes may indicate a problem where the client cannot connect to BHVRs servers properly.

    if it’s happening still/over a longer period of time and you can safely say that your connection is stable and not at fault, I would suggest reaching out to BHVRs support, they can look into your account and see if there is something off..:
