Dried Cherry Blossom doesn't play Killer Instinct

The add-on for The Spirit, Dried Cherry Blossom, does not play the Killer Instinct effect, as of patch 6.4.3
They were both right there when it activated.
Yoichi was in the same spot here, and KI only activated once I was out of Phase Walking itself.
