Indoor castle map
Who here would have been loved to see an indoor castle map instead of the outdoor shattered square?

Instead of having the castle as an exit gate, i thought they could have part of the vastle on the map with the end side an exit gate (so not a whole castle to make it easier for killer and developers)

I would absolutely have hated a castle map and much prefer what we got.

I already think the Red Forest lithic structures are castle-like enough. I would prefer something that felt medieval village with thatched roofs etc. like in Borgo.

I feel like a castle interior map would have been RPD 2.0.

I was expecting an indoor map of a castle built too, although for some reason I imagined it built sloped on a forested mountain face in Carpathia.

Borgo map is stale and uninteresting, as a survivor I like indoor maps.

Good for you, however you asked for others opinions and i gave you mine.
To me, a Castle map would be about as boring, uninteresting and overdone of a setting one could do for a medieval map, a burnt down village like borgo on the other hand is something i see much less of and frankly like alot more.

if you remember how Raccoon City was when it started, and the amount of time it took for devs to change it so it wasnt the Unanimous Least Favorite Map, i appreciate them sticking with something easy to manage and maneuver for the next little minute

I like the new map but it could’ve done with a more interesting main building though.. even just for aesthetic purposes.

And i would have liked a scary indoor old castle or monastry map.

I actually hate the new map lol like theres so many dead spaces and line of sights along with it just overall feeling a bit boring, if that makes sense?
I think if they made an indoor castle map it would have at least been cool to look at and stuff.

I would warmly welcome any sort of indoor map tbh.
Eyrie, Garden of Joy, Shattered Square... only Outdoor Maps + we lost Hawkins.
I really hope they do an indoor map next chapter
