Some QoL changes to the Knight + my own feedback.

I just don't think anyone would actually mind seeing these things to happen to him:


First, anytime the Guard breaks Pallet, you should be granted Destruction Score Event.

Now this sounds like a bit of bugfix but The Knight is rewarded with said Score Event when Guard breaks Breakable Wall which makes no sense whatsoever.

(Btw, just tie it to Pinesweeper (Joke on Minesweeper and Pallet) Score Event I guess because it only triggers on Pallets.)


Second, The Knight should be able to destroy/cancel Guard during their spawning instead of waiting until Guard starts Patrol.

Relatively simple change and seriously, who would complain about it?



By the way, my thoughts on the Killer himself:


I honestly don't mind him considering "manual summoner" will probably by default be a bit more of a defensive/late-game Killer. I should probably mention that I have a bit higher than average tolerance to more defensive Killers overall.

The last time we've got a proper defensive Killer was, in my honest opinion, Hag. Hag was added to the game 6 years ago. A lot of people probably are not used to the possibility of new Killer being actually a bit more territorial and defensive.

Maybe you could adjust certain numbers down the line but general power seems alright to me.


To the community also:

Is he annoying with Gen-kicking Perks? Maybe.

Question though: If just hit & run is almost non-existent due to Med-kits and Circle of Healing and pressuring via chases cannot happen because a lot of Maps within the game are bad for Killer, less or more directly (Just look up on RNG rules for certain maps. It can go vile and you may have never knew before now.)... How do you think Killers should pressure Survivors other than just certain 3-Gens and Perks?

Additionally, he's with those Perks a bit like Nightmare is with Tinkerer, Pop Goes The Weasel and etc. He just has a whole different level of synergy so even if you heavily nerf them, you would still see Knights use them. Again, he just has THAT strong synergy with them.

    One change which I would love to see, would be the guard being able to see survivors when hitting a pallet and gen and then them initiating a chase after hitting the pallet.
