Good evening, I'll forgive you to check my account, the skins for Trapp's character are gone, I will be grateful if you restore the skins! These skins were taken from the gap, please help to restore them

You got to create a support ticket with account info and what’s actually missing, how you have purchased it etc:

I asked for support, do you think they will restore skins on Tapp

try going to the store then activate the filter that shows all cosmetics in the store, that should reveal the cosmetics
