Remove the purple aura from hex totems

Really, hex perks are already trash, and you had to make it even easier for survivor by making them glow in purple when they are close by? like seriously??? #########? it's so ridiculous

There's only 2 Hex totems that reveal their aura.

Plaything which reveals the aura of the survivor who is inflicted by Oblivious

NOED which activates at the end of the game.

Both hexes which create themselves and don't spawn at the start of the game.

idk, every time I get in a match with a killer using hex perks (poor thing), i can see them glowing purple, no matter which perk it is

The problem with hex perks is the placement of the totems themselves. Many totems are just at plain sight or even close to generators, where it's impossible to miss them even if you are not looking for them. And the game has the bad tendency of just putting the hex in the most visible totem the map could have spawned.

So, either rework the totem placement in map generation where they are in places hard to see, or show killers the aura of dull totems at the start of the match and let the killers place the hex where they want as survivor can do with their boons.

Also, purple? Aren't they orange? 😅

If you or your teamates don't use map or perks (both highlight all totems in same way), it's clearly a weird bug you should report. No ordinary hex glow that way, only plaything and noed does.

I think hexes shouldnt light until they're in effect. Ruin wont proc till a generator is let go of, undying wont proc till a different totem procs, fevour doesnt proc until 1 token is added to it etc. They kinda do it with face the darkness ffs.

Only exception could be haunted grounds
