do speed boosts stack?

what happen if i get rescued during endgame by some with guardian and i have hope? do the natual rescue speed boost, hope, guardian, the haste boon, ect all stack?
most importantly does guardian stack with the default rescue speed boost?

Yep guardian makes it so people you unhook are at 18% haste putting you at 4.72 m/s fatser than any killers base movemenmt speed
