Perks for a killer, like He/She needs one

Hellooo all new here.

I Was just wondering if anyone could give me a bit of a pointer. I started playing the game a few weeks ago, did a bit of research and I am now as confused as ever.

I have the Ghost face character, I read that the best set up for this character is as follows:

Lethal pursuer

Olsens add book

Barbecue Chili

Now where to hide

Face Darkness

There was another set up I read about,

Outdoor Memera

Fear Monger-I have that one :)

Nowhere to hide

Nemesis

Spirit fury

The above mentioned may not be the best to have, however my issue is I can not see any of the fore mentioned whilst adding Blood web options, I can't see them.

I have quite a higher lvl now but just cant see any of those perks, I was wondering why?

I am not looking for an easy set up win type thing, I was just wondering why I can't see those add ons ect.

Thanks in advance from a NEWBIE type person.

So those perks are killer specific. To use them, you either have to luckily get them in the shrine, or prestige the killer in which they belong to.

    lethal pursuer - nemesis

    bbq - leather face (cannibal)

nowhere to hide and face the darkness - knight

    nemesis - oni

    spirit fury - spirit

As above. Every character (surv or killer) has 3 perks. The only way to get other characters' perks on a bloodweb is to own that character AND have them leveled up to at least prestige 1. P1 will give those 3 perks to every other character at level 1. At that point you can find higher levels of those perks (up to level 3) in a bloodweb randomly. As you continue prestiging a character, they will give their perks to every other character at higher levels. P2 gives every other character those 3 perks at level 2. P3 gives level 3 perks to everybody. You can also buy perks each week from the Shrine of Secrets (look in store tab). It has 4 random perks (2 killer/2surv) each week. Resets on Wednesdays. If you buy a perk there it will unlock that perk on every character. You CAN buy multiple levels of a perk, but I'd strongly recommend against that. Just buy the 1st level, then unlock higher levels in the bloodweb of whatever charater you wanna play.

Getting perks is a long process. Just keep playing and spending bloodpoints on characters that have perks you wanna unlock.

    Side tip.....

Don't worry too much about builds you see people suggest. It's good to know about those, but ita be awhile before you can get all of those. Experiment with perks you have and see what works for you. Sometimes you can find really strong off meta builds that way.

Anytime. The game can be overwhelming when you start, but the community is pretty good about answering questions.
