Why am i not receiving my post match bloodpoints PSN

ok so i was playing some matches and didn't realize at first i was not receiving my my blood points because the killers and survivors i play have all the current perk but then i tried freddy and realized my bloodpoints after a match are not going up at all even in matches i win the only way to get zero is if you DC which i didn't do now the only thing that makes me gain bloodpoints is spending my shards at the shrine if this is a bug or a change to the bp system idk but i dont see the point in playing a match if there isnt a reward for wining.
