Why am I locked out of ps4 dead by daylight?

I have a ps4 and ps5 I was playing on ps4 then was downloading it on ps5 but once it downloaded it kicked me off ps4. Which is now locked. I had to restart tutorial and even after doing that im still locked out on ps4

    I assume you are using the same PSN? Then it’s probably that, as you can’t have cross Progression between the two and you transferred your progress from PS4 to PS5
