trying to install the ptb uninstalled base dbd??

i saw the new ptb is out and i wanted to see that twins change but steam was being really buggy and slow so i gave up. ive come to find out steam wants me to "update" 25 gb's of the full game? im pretty sure thats like the whole size of dbd. did i encounter a glitch or does it always happen? either way im very annoyed cause ill need to wait a whole day to play dbd again

    Yes, you can only have one of the two installed at a time.
