No gen perks on any side and no toolboxes (for hooks only) good or bad?

No killer gen regression perks at all, no survivor perks that makes gens go faster and toolboxes only work on hooks.

Would that be better or worse for the game? How would it affect gameplay, gametime etc? Because if I play killer I hate worrying about gens flying from toolboxes, prove thyself etc and when I play survivor I so much dislike them gen regression perks. Would you take this change or keep it as it is?

It'd be worse. Toolboxes can (if stacked and co-ordinated) be completely ridiculous, but no gen regression aside from the terrible basekit effects of kicking that can be halted with a single tap? Oh boy. Deadlock would be basically obligatory.

You're basically positing a game where the Survivors need 450s total gen progress and that may as well be impossible to reduce. Basekit gen kicking is more than offset by the occasional great success in such a state.

Simply holding W in a first chase can get you up to 50s of uninterrupted time total (150s free time on other gens) without exhaustion perks, for an idea of how much of an issue that could be if the Killer can't force a faster down.
