IS IT AGAINST THE RULES TO SHARE THE FUNNY NAMES OF SOME PLAYERS?

Because, man, I've come across some really funny ones--especially lately--and I want to share them.
(I know you can't name someone if you're talking ######### about them. You can't say, "(insert random player) was a ######### potato and should uninstall the game." Nor would I do that anyway. But can you name someone if you're giving them props?)
