Prestige 100 reward ideas
Icon changes - You are able to change your prestige icon when reaching prestige 100 to previous prestige icons you had before.
Charm - A prestige 100 charm that is able to be equipped on all survivors and killers after getting prestige 100 for your first time.
Bloodweb shop - After prestige 100 you can either use bloodwebs or you can used the bloodweb shop. You are able to pick what item you want from the bloodweb stop and buy the item/addon/offering for the same price it is on the bloodweb. (Something that would take a lot of time to make but a cool idea)
Item cosmetic (survivor and most killers) - You have bloody/blighted medkit, map, key, flashlight and toolbox after earning prestige 100 however for killers their power becomes bloody/blighted for example Huntress hatchets, wraiths Bell, trappers bear traps, etc.
Achievement - After earning prestige 100 for the first time on each killer and survivor you get an achievement for it.
Iridescent shards - Every 50 levels of the prestige 100 bloodwebs you complete you will earn 5k - 10k iridescent shards. A simple and nice easy way to grind for iridescent shards after earning prestige 100.
Overview and opinion - I get that some of these rewards are subtle and some might bring up controversy given that you can buy any item you want from the shop potentially encouraging toxic builds that can be remade for 20k bloodpoints from the bloodpoint shop.
But given that every prestige 100 grinds takes approximately 300 - 450 ingame hours its a long commitment with no rewards but an icon and a number. Having a reason or purpose to reach for prestige 100 would be motivating and inspiring along with it being positive for the devs because then players would have something to go for after getting every character prestige 9.

They already tested adding blood decals to all clothing that accumulated throughout the match as a standard feature, but removed it after PTB with no explanation. As you said, it shouldn't be any harder to imlement than nemesis or plague effects.
