Xbox - Dead Hard doing nothing.

I’ve been using dead hard for a couple of weeks and I’ve just now started having an issue where dead hard get completely ignored and I get downed and exhausted. It happens at random times and I’ve gotten up to 2-3 in a match. It usually happens at the very beginning but I’ve had one happen before the endurance effect hits half of the timer.

Just had the exact same thing happen again, 3 times in a match, and last one got me killed. This time it was a trapper, timing was about the same, little less than halfway.
