I'm having a Forum Bug and I'm not sure how to report it.

Basically I have a phantom notification. Clicking Mark All as Read doesn't even remove it. It's a bit annoying seeing the 1 notification all the time.
It seems to be that the post that caused the notification was deleted before I checked my notifications so now it's there forever.
