When your playing Leon (any skin on Leon or default) theres this bug where when you shine your flashlight its a lot lower than normal and you have to aim up a lot more to get a blind and its really hard.
So i have not been using flashlights lately because its near impossible to get blinds.
Ive only seen it on Leon though no other survivors surprisingly
