Steam - Decimated Borgo gen can't be accessed from one side

On Decimated Borgo there is a 3 person gen but it seems I couldn't touch the gen from one side of it. Sorry for killer POV of the gen. Thought I grabbed a screenshot from when I was on survivor so I went on customs to show the gen.
