Since the Winter event started an hour ago i didnt get a single brown or yellow item. Just green and purples and even one pink key (didnt even know it is possible to get pinks out of chests and i play the perk often). I opend 12 chests and not a single brown/yellow item. just coincidence ?

    ok they definitely changed something. I got two pink items in one game. A pink key and a pink map.
