Wiggle interaction skill check stuck on screen after being put on hook

I was playing on PC, crossplatform. I was hit and downed by a legion and using the Beta wiggle interaction. Once I got placed on my first hook the wiggle iteraction stayed on screen and stayed until I got knocked down again and picked up. It stoped all skill checks I could find and would not go away from the middle of my screen. https://youtu.be/v4K8H9Ihw9g Video of the bug is unlisted here.
Attached is the perks used by me as Rebecca and the legion, maybe a weird mad grit iteraction?
I have also attached my game logs.
This is the first time I have ever seen this happen in game, and I don't think I will be able to reproduce this.
